Total Balance provides participants a series of controlled movements targeting core strength, pelvic floor activation, flexibility, breath to movement connection and overall body alignment. Led by one of our incredible instructors, exercises incorporate springs for resistance, and different props while focusing on muscles in the abdominals, back, arms, legs, and glutes. Classes vary in intensity and offer benefits such as improved core strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, posture, and stress relief. 

Suitable for all fitness levels, and a supportive way for those with injuries, elderly or post partum to reintroduce exercise (You may also attend if you are pregnant and have been cleared by a doctor) Total Balance provides an invigorating workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more aligned.

Balance Fusion

Balance Fusion seamlessly blends Reformer and Mat Pilates, offering a dynamic workout that combines the benefits of both disciplines. Suitable for all fitness levels, Balance Fusion provides a comprehensive and effective Pilates experience, leaving participants feeling balanced, strong, and rejuvenated.


Jumpboard

Jumpboard in Reformer Pilates enhances traditional workouts by attaching a padded platform to the reformer. Participants engage in dynamic movements targeting lower body muscles,  including the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. Improving cardiovascular fitness, agility, and strength. Versatile and low-impact, Jumpboard exercises are accessible to all fitness levels and add excitement and variety to Pilates routines.

Back2Basics

Booty Burn
